CHICAGO Glass Games Winners

When CHAMPS Trade Shows staged its first show ever in the Windy City, it also debuted the Glass Games in the Midwest. With the addition of Chicago to the CHAMPS schedule, the Glass Games now feature six yearly competitions.


Chicago was the last qualifying round for the Glass Games Masters Final. Artists had two themes from which to choose for their creations: Halloween or Chicago Sports.


Dustin Hallsted grabbed first place in the Halloween category with “Ancient Glastronaut,” a terrifying depiction of an alien invader. Aly Myasma of Mamas Glass took top honors in the Chicago Sports category with the “The 3 Bs,” a glass tribute to the Bulls, Bears and Blackhawks. Aly also took second place in the Halloween category for “In Da Gestion.” With their victories, Aly and Dustin have qualified for the Glass Games Masters Final in Las Vegas (Feb. 25-28).
